COMMON QUESTIONS

Obligations,
explained plainly.

How do I know if I qualify for ESOS?

Qualification depends on your organisation's size and structure over the relevant period. We carry out an ESOS qualification assessment before any work begins.

Does my business need SECR?

Businesses generally qualify where they meet two of three criteria: 250 or more employees, annual turnover exceeding £36 million, or a balance sheet total exceeding £18 million. We can confirm your position.

Can incorrect VAT or CCL charges be recovered?

Where a bill was charged incorrectly, it may be possible to pursue a refund. The position depends on the supply, the period and the evidence available. Our audit reviews are no win, no fee.
